In the south of the Oise, the wild boar hunt begins with a reminder of the instructions to be followed. “You have seen, there is coffee, but no drop”, launches one of the participants. The organizers place about forty people, each with their mission to respect. “I got my license on November 19, 2009”, says Juliette, 31, who recalls her apprenticeship: “They don’t really teach us to shoot, it’s only safety, only safety: how to move, check the guns when passing an obstacle…”

In this hunting society, there are many locals and young people who got their hunting license less than ten years ago. “There is big game training, training for cutting, for blood research, says one of the participants, these are training courses that are good to take!” For him, this training should even come back “every ten years, even for young people, sometimes it doesn’t hurt them!”

Luc, the president of the hunting society, himself received training two years ago. In view of the announcements of the hunting plan, he especially hopes that the prohibition of practice on Sundays is definitively forgotten. “Hunters will go hunting on Sunday, they won’t go another day. Anyway, they will never be able to hunt on a Wednesday because they work. There are some who also work on Saturdays, so how do we do it?”

Here, we hunt from generation to generation. Christophe comes for example with his son Louis and for him “hunting is one thing, but there is everything else, the forest, the supervision, the friends…”. In this society, there is no lack of followers: the number of members has been constantly increasing for ten years.

The consultation, accessible until January 31, “will allow all French people who wish to express themselves on 11 measures divided into four themes”, declares the Minister of the Economy.

After the round table organized in Bercy in November 2022, the government announced, on Sunday January 8, the opening of a public consultation to develop a “code of good conduct for influencers”. “Millions of you consult their opinions, their recommendations in the field of fashion, sport, beauty, travel (…) They therefore play a role in our daily lives. This gives them a special responsibility”, exposes the Minister of the Economy , Bruno Le Maire, in a video shared on social networks.

“Among all these influencers, the vast majority of them obviously respect the rules, declares the minister. But there are also certain scams or sometimes quite simply certain oversights: we forget to say that we have been paid to recommend such a product, site or trip,” he adds.

“Failures, sometimes cheating”
Controversies, sometimes followed by fines, regularly erupt over the practices of influencers who do not always reveal the relationships that bind them to certain brands. Influencer Nabilla Benattia-Vergara, for example, paid a fine of 20,000 euros for promoting stock market services on Snapchat in 2018 without mentioning that she was paid for it.

“It is these discrepancies, these shortcomings, sometimes these cheatings that we want to correct with the regulation of this sector”, continued Bruno Le Maire. The consultation, accessible until January 31 on concertation-influenceurs.make.org, “will allow all French people who wish to express themselves on 11 measures divided into four themes”, he specified: the rights and influencer obligations, intellectual property, consumer protection and industrial governance.
