Twenty-eight days of trance, drama, and agony will commence on November 21. The first match in the tournament – Senegal vs. Netherlands will be held on Al Thumama field in Doha, the capital city of host nation Qatar. Top football players from around the world will fight for 64 games to identify who will win the trophy.

You can watch the best sports players chasing the championship trophy – Christian Pulisic, Neymar, Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo, to name a few. Brazil bidding for a record-extending 6th title, one of the most anticipated World Cups in time – is just around the corner in Qatar and excitement isn’t taking a break after the qualification period has wrapped.

32 teams, 64 matches, 28 days – The tournament is all set to begin on November 21 and will end on December 18. Here’s what you should know about top teams and players participating in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.


  • Brazil – ranked no. 1 in FIFA World Cup, presenting Neymar, Vinícius Júnior, and the rest of Selecao.
  • Belgium – ranked no. 2, wherein the Golden Generation is already breaking up however there is still Kevin De Bruyne showcasing the potential in the Belgian charge.
  • Argentina – ranked no. 3, didn’t win the title since the days of Diego Maradona. This will the first World Cup after his death and the nation is improving, with Messi at its core.
  • France – ranked no. 4, leading with defending champions, Mbappé and Karim Benzema in World Cup 2022.
  • England – ranked no. 5, a semifinalist in the 2018 World Cup and finalist at European Championship in 2021. This underperforming national team is peaking at the right time.


  • Lionel Messi – Argentina – 7th-time world player of the year who has been saving his legs for one final push at World Cup 2022.
