How to Download an Aadhar Card by Name and Date of Birth?

  3. For the third step to aadhar card download by name and date of birth, click on the ‘Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID’ under the Aadhar services option. 
  4. Now click on the Unique Identification Number (UID) or Enrollment Number (EID) option. If you’re a new candidate, click on UID, and if you’re an existing candidate, click on EID.
  5. Now you’ll need to enter your name registered on the aadhaar card. Ensure that you make no spelling mistakes while typing your name. 
  6. After writing the name, mention your date of birth, email address and registered mobile number. 
  7. Then, you’ll find a box where you need to mention the captcha and press on the ’Send OTP Button’.
  8. The system will send an OTP to your registered mobile number. Copy the OTP and enter it in the box. Press on ‘Verify OTP’.
  9. After the OTP is verified, the system will send an SMS to your mobile number, or you might receive mail in your mailbox. The mail will contain the enrollment details. 
  10. Once you have the enrollment number, log in to the website again and go to the e-aadhaar page. 
  11. Press on ‘I have’ and select the enrolment ID option. 
  12. Now write your full name, pin code, and the enrollment ID. Also, write the text that will appear in the textbook. 
  13. On submitting, you will receive a one-time password. 
  14. After verifying your password and clicking on done, you will see an option for ‘Validate and download’. 
  15. Click on that option, and the aadhar card download by name and date of birth will be completed. 

If you have your enrollment number, you can start the process from the enrollment ID option mentioned above for aadhar card download by name and date of birth. However, if you have forgotten your enrollment number or lost it, you must conduct all the steps to download the aadhaar card with your name and date of birth.
