Custom boxes are frequently used by businesses. Whatever we purchase comes in custom packaging. Although you clean up your mess every week, your storeroom is still occupied with a number of custom-printed boxes. The Internet is full of different ways to repurpose these boxes into wonderful creations. You can make almost anything, starting from kids’ toys to pet houses, storage organizers, home décor, etc. Some of them require entire custom printed boxes, while others require small sections of cardboard. Below are some of the interesting things you can make with custom boxes:

Repurposed Cardboard Storage Baskets:

With some creativity, you can easily turn old cardboard boxes into amazing storage baskets. It takes a little time and you need nothing to purchase from the market. Rather, use the supplies available to you. Cut off the lids of boxes and cover them with attractive fabric or wrapping paper. Use an old belt to make a handle. They will serve as multi-purpose baskets, perfect for storing kids’ toys, magazines, baby products, towels, or whatever you like.

Photo Frames:

Instead of purchasing photo frames from the market, try something innovative with custom boxes. Cardboard can be used to make a number of home décor items, and photo frames are one of them. As they require a lesser amount of cardboard, you can also use old gift boxes for this purpose. They can be made in a cheap way by using some simple folds. Fix them with tape or an adhesive. Cover it with fabric or decorative paper. Place the pictures inside them and put them on the wall or on the mantel.

Making a Recycled Cardboard Vase:

Making a recycled cardboard vase is an interesting task. You need corrugated cardboard, an old CD, a cardboard tube obtained from a toilet roll and some other supplies. Cut the corrugated cardboard into small strips and make a layer of it around the cardboard tube. It gives more strength to it. The CD will serve as a base and make the vase stand. Once you have created the vase, you may paint it or leave it plain. Display real or silk flowers in it to provide a great view.

Caddy for Cardboard Markers:

Keep your colors, markers, and other stationery in an organized way in this little marker caddie. It is an extremely simple but useful craft, which you can make in ten minutes. You can design it by using old display boxes. If you do not have them, use a cardboard box. Cover it with scrapbook paper or any material. You can also make dividers inside it or use toilet paper rolls to keep the markers in a perfectly organized way.

Make Your Own iPad Case:

iPad cases are sometimes very costly, and they get damaged with time. Instead of paying for it, again and again, an easy and cost-effective way is to design them from cardboard. Cut the cardboard according to the size of your iPad. Make sure that the cardboard sheet is large enough to make the casing from the back and front sides. Paint the case or cover it with some material to make it last longer. You can make it more functional by adding a tie or ribbon to fasten it securely. It’s a great way to protect your iPad without spending extra money.

Desktop Organizer Repurposed:

Old custom boxes can be effectively used to convert them into desktop organizers. It organizes your stuff and prevents important things from getting messed up in the hour of need. You can place it on an office desk or a study table, wherever you like. It is very easy to make. Just cut down the cardboard in the required shape and make a partition to store a number of things. It is one of the best ways to store your keys, paper clips, business cards, etc.
