And with winter upon us, there’s no better time than now to use some of these five reasons to use fish recipes in winter.

One recipe that caught my eye was the Shrimp Baked in a Coconut Crust. The recipe sounds delicious – the shrimp are covered in coconut flakes which bake up into a golden crusty shell while they cook inside the oven.
