Fish recipes have been a major part of human history since the beginning of time, and it’s not hard to see why. Fleshy white fish like cod or halibut are soft, flavorful and easy to cook with, making them perfect for nearly any meal you can imagine and particularly delicious when caught fresh from the ocean. And with winter upon us, there’s no better time than now to use some of these five reasons to use fish recipes in winter.
